The fifth National GRS census achieved a 97% completion rate for acute hospital endoscopy units. There was an improvement in scores of all twelve items of the GRS. For some items, well over 80% of the service is achieving level B or better. This is a tremendous achievement and it emphasises the huge commitment within the service to improve the experience of patients having an endoscopy. Click here for the results .
